Why Wont Pro Tools Express Download On My Macbook

Hi, i've bought a new macbook pro and its just arrived today. I am having problem downloading, saving, or accessing downloads for ANYTHING. Finder Downloads 'The folder can't be opened because you don't have permission to see its contents.'

Hey folks, I just started studying music production this month, and just got myself a Mac Mini with Catalina, unknowingly that I couldn't run Pro Tools on it yet. The thing is, this is my very first mac, and I don't have a clue what to do now, I need Pro Tools to study.
